Hi — I'm Hilario, and I'm the person you'll actually talk to
I'm a web developer in South Florida. No account managers, no hand-offs, no junior subcontractor doing the real work. I scope, design, build, deploy and support your project personally — which is why things move fast and why nothing gets lost in translation.
I don't have a wall of client logos yet. What I have instead is two products I built and run myself — and because nobody's NDA covers them, I can show you every decision inside them: the architecture, the numbers, the parts that went wrong and what I did about it. Most portfolios show you a screenshot and a client name. Mine shows you the whole build. When you hire me you can see exactly how I think before you spend a dollar, which is a better signal than a testimonial anyway.
How I work
- Performance first. Static-first builds on Cloudflare's edge network — sites that score green on Core Web Vitals from day one.
- SEO is part of the build, not an add-on: clean semantic structure, sitemaps, analytics, and Search Console set up at launch.
- You own everything. Hosting, domain, analytics — all in your accounts, with docs for whoever comes after me.
- Modern tooling. Astro, React, Node, Cloudflare Workers/Pages, and AI-assisted workflows that cut build time without cutting corners.

What I'm actually good at
Making sites fast and making them legible to machines. Those two things are most of what separates a site that quietly works from one that quietly doesn't. On my own projects that meant static builds on edge infrastructure, a full Schema.org graph, and treating a content site like a maintained system — one source of truth for every number, automated checks that catch stale data before a visitor does. That's the same discipline I bring to a client build, scaled to whatever the job actually needs.
I also use AI tooling heavily and openly. It's why a build that used to take six weeks takes two. It is not a substitute for knowing what you're doing — every line still gets reviewed by someone accountable for it, which is me.
Who I like working with
Small businesses and independent operators who need one thing done properly rather than a retainer that never ends. People who'd rather hear "that's not worth building" than be sold it. If you already know exactly what you want, great — if you only know the problem, that's fine too, scoping it is part of the job.
